Malufeto may use DSers or similar order-management tools to communicate order information to suppliers. DSers is an operational tool and is not the seller from whom you are purchasing.

Your purchase is made from Malufeto, while fulfillment may be completed by a third-party supplier.

Because of this fulfillment model:

Products may ship from different locations.
Orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages.
Different items may use different carriers.
Packaging may include supplier or manufacturer information.
Processing and delivery times may vary.
Inventory availability may change before supplier fulfillment is confirmed.

The supplier has begun fulfillment.
A shipping label has been created.
Tracking has been issued.
The order has shipped.

Once shipped, an order generally cannot be canceled. Any eligible return must follow our Return and Refund Policy.

12. Payment

Payment methods available through checkout may include options supported by Shopify, Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, card networks, digital wallets, or other payment providers.

Returning an item to an address printed on the original package does not guarantee that the return will be received, accepted, or refunded.

Approved returns must be sent according to the instructions provided by Malufeto.

17. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Missing Items

You should inspect your order promptly after delivery.

When reporting a damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete, or missing product, we may require:
